Pan fried rolled sandwich

I saw the similar version online and found it interesting. So I want to replicate it and make my own version. It should be good for breakfast or for snack.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 pcs toast
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 2 pcs slices of cheese
  • 2 tsp butter

egg wash

  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1 tbsp milk

Filling

  • 1 pcs sausage
  • 3 tbsp pork floss

Sauce mixture

  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Cook the sausage in boiling water. Drain it well and put it aside. Flatten the toast with rolling pin and put it aside.
  • Put the cheese on the bread. Add the sausage (or pork floss) and roll it up. Press a bit to get it firm.
  • Coat even the bread roll with egg wash, put it aside
  • Heat the pan with medium low heat. Add in the butter melt it. Pan fry slow the toast each side until golden
  • For the sausage roll, top it with ketchup and mayo. For the pork floss roll, top it with bbq sauce and condensed milk

Notes

Over/Air fryer method
use180°C/360°F-190°C/375°F air fry for 9-10 mins.
Oven grill 190°C/375°F-200°C/400°F for 12-15 mins
