Instructions
Cook the sausage in boiling water. Drain it well and put it aside. Flatten the toast with rolling pin and put it aside.
Put the cheese on the bread. Add the sausage (or pork floss) and roll it up. Press a bit to get it firm.
Coat even the bread roll with egg wash, put it aside
Heat the pan with medium low heat. Add in the butter melt it. Pan fry slow the toast each side until golden
For the sausage roll, top it with ketchup and mayo. For the pork floss roll, top it with bbq sauce and condensed milk
