Ingredients
 

  • 4 pcs Codonopsis (sokead/diced)
  • 10 g Astragalus propinin (soaked)
  • 6 pcs dried Huai shan (soaked)
  • 8 pcs dried black jujubes (soaked)
  • 6 pcs dried red date (soaked/cored)
  • 15 pcs dried longan (soaked)
  • 20 pcs dried goji berry (soaked)
  • 20 g dried Cordyceps flower
  • 2 pcs quail
  • 1.5 L water

Instructions
 

  • quail cut in half. Put it into the pot. Add cold water to cover it. Turn the heat to medium and bring the water to boil. Blanch for 3 mins and clean it well

  • Put all ingredient (except the wolfberry) in the ceramic pot. Cover and double boil for 3 hours. Turn off the heat. Add in the wolfberry. Let it soak in the soup for 15 mins
  • Add salt to taste. Enjoy
