Ingredients
- 950 g chicken drumsticks
- 50 g all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Sauce mixture
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce(kecap manis) (or use hoisin sauce)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cut open the drumsticks along the bone. Marinade it for at least 1 hour
- Coat the drumsticks with flour evenly
- Air fry it with 180°C/350°F for 20 mins
- or oven grill it at 200°C/400°F for 35 mins
- Coat the drumsticks with sauce mixture. Put it back to oven or air fryer. Grill or air fry it with the same temperature for 1 min. Enjoy
