Ingredients
- 3 pcs egg (blended)
- 3 pcs tomato (cleaned, cut into pieces)
- 8 pcs cherry tomato (halved, optional)
- 1 tbsp diced green onions
- 1 tbsp milk
Sauce mixture
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 250 ml water
Starch mixture
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Mix the blended egg with the milk. Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil over medium heat. Cook the egg until 70% done. Set it aside
- Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil over high heat. Add in tomato and sugar. Sautee for 2 mins until the tomato is soft
- Add in water and chicken powder. Mix well and bring the sauce to boil. Turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for 5-8 mins
- Add in fish sauce, dark soy sauce to taste. Turn back to high heat. Add in enough starch mixture to thicken the sauce
- Add in cooked scrambled egg. Mix it well. Dish it up. Garnish with the cherry tomato and diced green onion
