Instructions
Mix the blended egg with the milk. Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil over medium heat. Cook the egg until 70% done. Set it aside
Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil over high heat. Add in tomato and sugar. Sautee for 2 mins until the tomato is soft
Add in water and chicken powder. Mix well and bring the sauce to boil. Turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for 5-8 mins
Add in fish sauce, dark soy sauce to taste. Turn back to high heat. Add in enough starch mixture to thicken the sauce
Add in cooked scrambled egg. Mix it well. Dish it up. Garnish with the cherry tomato and diced green onion
