Ingredients
 

  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml evaporated milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 20 g 西米
  • 500 g 涼粉
  • 40 g red bean paste

Instructions
 

  • 煲內加入1L水用大火煲滾,加入西米煮1分鐘,熄火,蓋上煲蓋焗30分鐘
  • 西米煮好先用食用冰水洗淨,浸至冷卻備用
  • 椰奶+花奶+糖拌勻,用微波爐加熱1分鐘或直至糖溶化
  • 準備4個器皿,平均每個,順序先鋪上涼粉,椰奶糖漿,隔好水的西米,紅豆蓉
  • 放入4°C雪櫃雪3個小時即可享用
