This healthier snack is created by sweet potato. It is one of my daughters favorite. It is simple to make. It is good to be lunar new year snack as well.

Ingredients
- 250 g sweet potato (peeled / cut into pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 3 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Put the sweet potato in a mixing bowl. Add in the oil. Mix it well.
- Put the potato into another bowl. Add in the sugar and mix it well
- Put the potato on a baking tray covered by a parchment paper. Bake it in oven with 220°C/425°F for 25-30 mins
- While it is still hot, coat the sweet potato with caramel on the tray. Dish it up. Top with sesame seeds. Enjoy
