Ingredients
- 100 g pancetta (Italian bacon)
- 150 g Pasta (2 people portion)
- 2 egg (2 people portion)
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta as per package instruction until al dente
- On the same time, heat the pan with 1 tsp of oil over medium high heat. Pan fry the pancetta until golden and crispy. Put the pancetta into a bowl
- In another bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Add in the cheese and mix it well
- Put the cooked pasta into the pancetta and mix well. Add the egg mixture in 2 patches. Mix it well.
- Do a taste test, add salt and pepper to adjust the taste as per your liking. Dish it up and enjoy
Notes
Make sure the pasta is nearly 70-80 degrees Celsius before adding in the egg mixture.
