Ingredients
 

  • 950 g Spare ribs
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Korean Yuzu Tea (fig1)

Seasoning

  • 3 tbsp Char Siu sauce (fig2)
  • 2 tbsp Korean Yuzu Tea (fig1)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt  (fig3)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinade the ribs with the seasoning for at least 6 hours
  • Place the ribs on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Wrap the ribs with parchment paper. Seal it well.
  • Put the ribs into preheated oven. Bake it with 220°C/425°F for 30-35 mins
  • Place the ribs in a dish. Top with honey and yuzu tea. Sprinkle some sesame seed. Serve and enjoy.
