Don't need to deep fried it, but still can come out super crunchy and crispy. This unique cooking method is the best for people who hate deep frying food. Serve it with my special sweet and sour sauce. I am sure you will love it.

Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimp
- 50 g pork fat
- 1 tbsp diced coriander
- 3 tbsp water chestnuts (fig1/optional)
- 3 pair Chinese fried dough (fig2)
- 1 pcs egg
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour (fig3)
Seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chicken powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Sauce mixture
- 2 tbsp ketchup (fig4)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili garlic sauce (fig5/optional)
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce (fig6/optional)
- 3 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Mince the shrimps finely. Dice the pork fat. Add the pork fat into the minced shrimp and mix it until the mixture is sticky.
- Add in the seasoning and mix well. Add in the minced coriander, water chestnut and egg. Mix them all well. Add in the flour and mix it well.
- Put it into fridge and marinade for at least 30 mins
- Cut the Chinese fried dough into 2-3cm thickness pieces. Stuffed the shrimps mixture into each piece
- Air fry it with 180°C/350°F for 10 mins
- Mix the sauce mixture and serve it.
Other cooking method
- Oven grill for 200°C/400°F for 15 mins
- Pan fry it over low medium heat. Pan fry each side for 4-6 mins or until it is fully cooked.
