Mince the shrimps finely. Dice the pork fat. Add the pork fat into the minced shrimp and mix it until the mixture is sticky.
Add in the seasoning and mix well. Add in the minced coriander, water chestnut and egg. Mix them all well. Add in the flour and mix it well.
Put it into fridge and marinade for at least 30 mins
Cut the Chinese fried dough into 2-3cm thickness pieces. Stuffed the shrimps mixture into each piece
Air fry it with 180°C/350°F for 10 mins
Mix the sauce mixture and serve it.
Other cooking method
Oven grill for 200°C/400°F for 15 mins
Pan fry it over low medium heat. Pan fry each side for 4-6 mins or until it is fully cooked.
