Chinese pancake has salty and sweet version. Today, i am going to make the salty one live. It is a modification of my wife recipe. I hope it will work out.

Ingredients
- 100 g all purpose flour
- 15 g glutinous rice flour
- 1 pcs egg
- 180 ml water
- 10 g dried shrimps (soaked)
- 2 tbsp diced green onions
- 2 tsp oil
Seasoning
- ½ tsp chicken powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Instructions
- Put flour, rice flour, egg and seasoning in a bowl. Add water gradually. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
- add in the shrimps, green onion, oil and mix it well
- Heat the pan with medium heat with 2 tsp of oil. Add in the mixture. Flatten the mixture to form a thin pancake
- Pan fry until one side is golden. Flip it over. Add 2 tsp of oil along the edge of the pan. Pan fry until the other side is golden. Serve it hot.
