Instructions
Put flour, rice flour, egg and seasoning in a bowl. Add water gradually. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
add in the shrimps, green onion, oil and mix it well
Heat the pan with medium heat with 2 tsp of oil. Add in the mixture. Flatten the mixture to form a thin pancake
Pan fry until one side is golden. Flip it over. Add 2 tsp of oil along the edge of the pan. Pan fry until the other side is golden. Serve it hot.
