Ingredients
- 2 pcs Japanese tofu skin
Corn & salmon mixture
- 200 g canned salmon
- 3 tbsp corn kernel
- 2 tbsp fried onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Shredded chicken mixture
- 2 tbsp cooked white rice
- 1 pcs cooked chicken tights (deboned, sliced)
- 1 pcs cucumber
- 1 tbsp Japanese sesame salad dressing
- 2 tsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Combine the Corn & salmon mixture. Do a taste test and adjust the taste accordingly. Put it aside
- Combine Shredded chicken mixture. Do a taste test and adjust the taste accordingly. Put it aside
- Fill up each tofu skin with different mixture. Put them into the lunch box
- You can also add some other vegetable for side dish in the lunch box.
