This is a special curry sauce. It combined many different spices to create a unique flavor. With the stuffed tofu and beef, it is absolutely delicious

Ingredients
- 450 g ground beef
- 12 pcs tofu puff (cut in half)
Filling
- 2 tbsp diced coriander
- 40 g onion (peeled and diced)
- 2 pcs egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup milk
Seasoning
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spices powder
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Sauce mixture
- 300 ml chicken broth (salty)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ketchup
Starch mixture
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- 牛肉按壓至it is sticky產生黏性,再加入餡料和調味料攪拌均勻
- Stuff the beef into the tofu puff. Press and make it stick to the tofu puff firmly
- Heat the pan with medium heat. Add in 2 tsp of oil. Pan fry the beef side until it is golden brown (about 2-3 mins)
- Flip the tofu puff (beef side up). Add in the sauce mixture and bring it to boil. Turn the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 mins
- Put the tofu puff on the dish. Turn the heat to high and bring the sauce to boil. Add in the starch mixture until the sauce it thickened. Pour the sauce over the tofu puff. Enjoy
