Stuff the beef into the tofu puff. Press and make it stick to the tofu puff firmly
Heat the pan with medium heat. Add in 2 tsp of oil. Pan fry the beef side until it is golden brown (about 2-3 mins)
Flip the tofu puff (beef side up). Add in the sauce mixture and bring it to boil. Turn the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 mins
Put the tofu puff on the dish. Turn the heat to high and bring the sauce to boil. Add in the starch mixture until the sauce it thickened. Pour the sauce over the tofu puff. Enjoy
