Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
 

  • 900 g spare ribs
  • 2 tbsp honey

Seasoning

  • 2 tsp garlic powder (fig1)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp shacha sauce (fig2)
  • 2 tsp Hoisin sauce (fig3)
  • 2 tsp Chu Hou sauce (fig4)
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp paprika (fig5)
  • 3 tbsp Char Siu sauce (fig6)

Instructions
 

  • Marinade the pork ribs for at least 1 hour or more
  • Put the ribs in the air fryer. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry at 185°C/360°F for 12 minutes
  • Flip the ribs over. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry for 7 minutes at 195°C/380°F
  • Drizzle the honey on top of ribs. Enjoy
