Ingredients
 

  • 1 pcs baguette (6寸長左右)

Filling

  • 20 g minced garlic
  • 40 g butter (soften, non salty [fig1])
  • 0.5 tsp thyme ([fig2])
  • 0.5 tsp parsley ([fig3])
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter mixture together
  • Cut the French baguette lengthwise but don’t cut it off completely
  • Spread garlic butter mixture into each slices. Coat the baguette with the rest of garlic butter mixture
  • Seal the French baguette with parchment paper and put it in the preheated air fry
  • Air fry at 185Β°C/365Β°F for 10 minutes

  1. 1 If you have leftover butter mixture you can store it in the refrigerator. You can also serve it with a steak
  2. 2 The unbaked baguette can place in plastic bag and freeze it in freezer. You can bake the frozen baguette directly, but you need to bake it a bit longer, about 10-15 mins.
  3. 3 You can also bake it in oven at 190Β°C/375Β°F for 15 minutes
