Fried Chicken & shrimp in mayo sauce

Fried Chicken & shrimp in mayo sauce

Image Not Found
This is a unique Chinese dish I discovered after immigrating to Montreal, Canada. I had never heard of "Shan Zhi" before, but the first taste revealed a white sweet and sour sauce, smooth and delicious, with a balanced flavor. It contains also the crispy fried chicken and shrimp balls. The elegant and enticing name on the menu immediately drew me in. I'm excited to share this recipe, hoping everyone can appreciate its charm. It's perfect for summer with its refreshing sweet and sour taste. Give it a try!
