Instructions
Chicken and shrimps marinade with seasonings for 15 minutes
Mix the sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
Add gradually ice cold water to the batter mixture until the batter is thickened. Add chickens and shrimps in batter and mix them well
Heat 240 ml of oil in a pan to 180°C
Fry each piece until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
Mix the fried chicken and shrimp with the sauce, then plate and serve
