Korean Spicy Stir-fried Pork, a dish full of Korean charm, is frequently seen on the menu of Korean restaurants here. The most flavorful rendition involves cooking it on a sizzling iron plate, where its rich aroma fills the air. Paired with steamed rice and beer, it's an absolute delight. Adding pan-fried tofu enhances the texture and flavor even more. In fact, making it at home is not difficult at all. I encourage everyone to give it a try and savor this delicious Korean delicacy.
