This is a new invented burger from HK McDonald's restaurant. It is quite interesting and innovative. So let me try to replicate it during my live show. Let see if my version is similar to the HK version

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 2 pcs Sliced pineapple
- 2 pcs Brioche burger bun
- 3 pcs Romain lettuce
- 1 tsp mustard
Thousand island sauce mixture
- 2 tbsp tartar sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Seasoning
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Crust mixture
- 1 pcs egg (beaten)
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 40 g all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Clean the shrimps and mesh it. Add in the seasoning and mix well. Divide into 2 even pieces and press to form 2 burger patties. Freeze it for 1 hour
- Coat the shrimps patties into the following order: Flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Freeze for 15 mins
- Put the patties into air fry. Air fry it with 190°C/375°F for 8 mins
- Turn the patties over. Air fry 200°C/400°F for 6 mins
- Pan fry it with 1 cup of oil. Pan-fry each side for 3-5 mins
- Toast the burger bun. Spread the thousand island sauce on one side, and mustard on the other side. Top with the shrimps patty, lettuce and pineapple. Enjoy
