This little sweet and sour pickled radish daikon is super delicious. It is best for hot summer time where you lost your appetize.

Equipment

Ingredients
- 80 g white radish (peeled)
- 120 g red carrots (peeled)
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Seasoning
- 200 g sugar
- 200 ml white vinegar
- 200 ml hot water
- 160 ml water
Instructions
- Julienne the carrot and radish(daikon). Add in the salt and mix it well. Let it marinade for 10 mins
- Rinse the carrot and radish. Pat them dry and put them into the bottle
- Mix the sugar and hot water in a container until the sugar is dissolved. Add in the vinegar and water. Mix them well.
- Add the mixture into the bottle to cover the carrot and radish. Seal it well and put it in the fridge for 2 days.
