Equipment

  • 1 已消毒的玻璃樽 容量要有約500ml

Ingredients
 

  • 80 g white radish (peeled)
  • 120 g red carrots (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Seasoning

  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 ml white vinegar
  • 200 ml hot water
  • 160 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Julienne the carrot and radish(daikon). Add in the salt and mix it well. Let it marinade for 10 mins
  • Rinse the carrot and radish. Pat them dry and put them into the bottle
  • Mix the sugar and hot water in a container until the sugar is dissolved. Add in the vinegar and water. Mix them well.
  • Add the mixture into the bottle to cover the carrot and radish. Seal it well and put it in the fridge for 2 days.
