Instructions
Julienne the carrot and radish(daikon). Add in the salt and mix it well. Let it marinade for 10 mins
Rinse the carrot and radish. Pat them dry and put them into the bottle
Mix the sugar and hot water in a container until the sugar is dissolved. Add in the vinegar and water. Mix them well.
Add the mixture into the bottle to cover the carrot and radish. Seal it well and put it in the fridge for 2 days.
