Ingredients
- 6 pcs garlic
- 50 ml oil
Instructions
- Peel the garlic and mince it into small pieces
- Soak the garlic in water. Drain it through a sieve, put it aside.
- Add the oil in a pan. Heat it up with medium high heat. Add in the garlic and evenly spread it out in the pan. Fry it for 30 seconds
- Turn the heat to low and fry the garlic until dark yellow
- Drain the garlic through a sieve. Spread evenly the garlic on a paper towel. Let it cool down and it is ready to use.

Tip
If you want make a huge portion, you can enlarge the portion required in this recipes proportionally. You can store the fried garlic in a jar covered by cooked oil (or olive oil or the oil use to fry the garlic).
