Soak the garlic in water. Drain it through a sieve, put it aside.
Add the oil in a pan. Heat it up with medium high heat. Add in the garlic and evenly spread it out in the pan. Fry it for 30 seconds
Turn the heat to low and fry the garlic until dark yellow
Drain the garlic through a sieve. Spread evenly the garlic on a paper towel. Let it cool down and it is ready to use.

TipIf you want make a huge portion, you can enlarge the portion required in this recipes proportionally. You can store the fried garlic in a jar covered by cooked oil (or olive oil or the oil use to fry the garlic).
