Lemongrass chicken wings

Ingredients
 

  • 10 pcs Chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp honey

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp diced green onions
  • 6 pcs Thai basil (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Diced hot pepper

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp chicken powder (Optional)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce(kecap manis) (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp minced lemongrass
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Flatten the chicken wings. Marinade it with seasoning for at least 1 hour
  • Put the wings on the baking tray. Put it into preheated oven. Grill it at 190°C/375°F for 12-15 mins
  • Take the wings out, brush evenly with honey. Return to the oven and grill at 200°C/400°F for 3-5 mins
  • Take the wings out from oven. Top with garnish. Enjoy

Air fryer:

  • Put the wings into preheated air fryer. Air fry it at 100°C/355°F for 10-12 mins
  • Take the wings out, brush evenly with honey. Return to the air fryer. Air fry it at 190°C/375°F for 3-5 mins
