Ingredients
- 10 pcs Chicken wings
- 3 tbsp honey
Garnish
- 2 tbsp diced green onions
- 6 pcs Thai basil (minced)
- 1 tbsp Diced hot pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp chicken powder (Optional)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce(kecap manis) (Optional)
- 2 tbsp minced lemongrass
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Flatten the chicken wings. Marinade it with seasoning for at least 1 hour
- Put the wings on the baking tray. Put it into preheated oven. Grill it at 190°C/375°F for 12-15 mins
- Take the wings out, brush evenly with honey. Return to the oven and grill at 200°C/400°F for 3-5 mins
- Take the wings out from oven. Top with garnish. Enjoy
Air fryer:
- Put the wings into preheated air fryer. Air fry it at 100°C/355°F for 10-12 mins
- Take the wings out, brush evenly with honey. Return to the air fryer. Air fry it at 190°C/375°F for 3-5 mins
