The popular dessert sold in Japanese. It used two souffle pancake to create a sweet burger. It is easy to make. Please follow my recipe

Ingredients
Group A
- 2 pcs egg yolk
- 10 g vegetable oil (1/2 tbsp)
- 10 g milk (1/2 tbsp/fig1)
- 5 g sugar (1tsp)
- 30 g cake flour (fig2)
Group B
- 2 pcs egg white
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar (fig3)
- 2.5 g cornstarch (1 tsp/fig4)
- 30 g sugar (2tbsp)
- 8 pcs strawberries (or any other fruits)
cream
- 100 g whipping cream (fig5)
- 20 g icing sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (fig6)
Instructions
- Combine Group A ingredients together. Add cornstarch, cream of tartar to egg white. Beat the white egg. Add sugar three separate time. Beat the egg white until it is peak
- Mix the egg whites and group A mixture together. Preheat the non sticky pan with low heat for 5 minutes
- Divide the mixture into 2 portion. Divide each portion to 4 portions. Add the mixtures in the pan and fry for 30 seconds. Then divide the remaining half portion into 4 portions. Add them on top of each uncooked pancake
- Cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes in low heat
- Flip the pancake over. Cover the pan again. Cook for 3 minutes. Set it aside and let it cool down
- Add icing sugar, vanilla extract to the whipping cream. Whip until the cream is peak form. Rinse the fruits and set aside
- Add whipped cream to each pancake. Add fruits around the pancake. Cover it with another pancake to form a hamburger.
