Combine Group A ingredients together. Add cornstarch, cream of tartar to egg white. Beat the white egg. Add sugar three separate time. Beat the egg white until it is peak
Mix the egg whites and group A mixture together. Preheat the non sticky pan with low heat for 5 minutes
Divide the mixture into 2 portion. Divide each portion to 4 portions. Add the mixtures in the pan and fry for 30 seconds. Then divide the remaining half portion into 4 portions. Add them on top of each uncooked pancake
Cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes in low heat
Flip the pancake over. Cover the pan again. Cook for 3 minutes. Set it aside and let it cool down
Add icing sugar, vanilla extract to the whipping cream. Whip until the cream is peak form. Rinse the fruits and set aside
Add whipped cream to each pancake. Add fruits around the pancake. Cover it with another pancake to form a hamburger.
