Braised canned abalone with fried noodle is a easy recipe. The canned abalone is already cooked. It is tender and delicious. The sauce is excellent to serve with the fried noodle. Frying noodle in air fryer is much easier and healthier. This is a must try dish in lunar new year.

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g canned braised abalone (4 pieces fig1)
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 130 g egg noodle (or fried noodle fig2)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Starch mixture

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (fig3)
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodle in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain it well. Put it aside
  • Add the oil into the noodle and mix well. Put the noodle into air fryer. Air fry 185°C / 365°F for 6 min
  • Cook the broccoli in hot water. Put it aside
  • Turn the noodle over, air fry 195°C / 385°F for 4 mins
  • Bring the canned abalone sauce to boil in a pan. Add in the starch mixture to thicken the sauce. Add in the canned abalone and heat it up for 1 min
  • Put the fried noodle in a dish, top with broccoli and abalone. Drizzle the sauce on top. Enjoy
