corned beef hash patties is really similar to Japanese Korokke. Which is also combined meat and mashed potato together. But this recipe use corned beef instead of ground beef. And there is no breadcrumb needed. So it is much easier to make it great.

Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes (Russet)
- 250 g corned beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp diced green onions
- 1 pcs egg
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potato. Steam for 20 mins until soft
- Mash the potato and combined the rest of the ingredients. Evenly divide the mixture. Press to form the patties
- Heat the pan with medium low heat. Add in 1tbsp of oil. Pan fry the patties 3-5 mins on each side until both side is golden
- Air fryer: Air fry 200°C/400°F for 8-10 mins.
- Oven: Bake 220°C/420°F,for 12-15min
- Waffle maker: Put the potato mixture into the waffle maker. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
