all-purpose flour
Instructions
Peel and dice the potato. Steam for 20 mins until soft
Mash the potato and combined the rest of the ingredients. Evenly divide the mixture. Press to form the patties
Heat the pan with medium low heat. Add in 1tbsp of oil. Pan fry the patties 3-5 mins on each side until both side is golden
Air fryer: Air fry 200°C/400°F for 8-10 mins.
Oven: Bake 220°C/420°F,for 12-15min
Waffle maker: Put the potato mixture into the waffle maker. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
