Teriyaki Chicken skewers

It will just take 20 mins to make it. The skewers are perfect grilled in the air fryers. Coat with my special teriyaki sauce. It is super delicious. Best to serve it with beer or soft drink.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g chicken fillet

Sauce mixture

  • 30 ml Japanese soy sauce
  • 30 ml Mirin
  • 30 ml Sake
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 130 ml water

Starch mixture

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Add in the sauce mixture into the pan. Bring it to boil over medium heat. Add in the starch mixture to thicken the sauce. Put it aside

  • Thread chickens onto the skewers

  • Place the chicken skewers onto the baking rack. Brush the chicken with sauce mixture

  • Air fry 190°C/375°F for 8 mins. Brush the chicken with sauce mixture halfway. Enjoy
