Ingredients
- 900 g spare ribs
- 2 tbsp honey
Seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder (fig1)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp shacha sauce (fig2)
- 2 tsp Hoisin sauce (fig3)
- 2 tsp Chu Hou sauce (fig4)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp paprika (fig5)
- 3 tbsp Char Siu sauce (fig6)
Instructions
- Marinade the pork ribs for at least 1 hour or more
- Put the ribs in the air fryer. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry at 185°C/360°F for 12 minutes
- Flip the ribs over. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry for 7 minutes at 195°C/380°F
- Drizzle the honey on top of ribs. Enjoy
