It is a really simple air fry recipe. Mixing 2 different sort of miso to enhance the flavor. The taste is rich and delicious. Coated the chicken with cornflake. It is so crunchy and crispy. Ingredients
 

  • 950 g chicken drumsticks

Seasoning

  • 3 tbsp red miso (fig1)
  • 1 tbsp white miso (fig2)
  • 2 tsp chicken powder (fig3)
  • 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce (fig4)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 3 tbsp yogurt (fig5)

Crust mixture

  • 120 g cornflakes (fig6)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (fig7)

Honey sesame dressing

  • 3 tbsp Japanese sesame salad dressing (fig8)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinade the chicken drumsticks for at least 1 hour

  • Crush the cornflakes. Mix it with olive oil. Coat evenly each chicken drumsticks

  • Air fry chicken drumsticks 180°C/350°F for 15 mins. Flip over and air fry 190°C/375°F for 8 mins

  • Mix well the dressing. Serve it with air fried chicken drumsticks. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 8 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is enough to cover half of the ingredients
2 Grilling in oven: Grill it in oven 190°C/375°F for 25-35 mins. Flip once
