Using the thin sliced beef special for hotpot. Saving the time for seasoning. Cook it with teriyaki sauce. Make it like a Japanese beef don. Put it into a toasted baguette. Top with mayonnaise, sesame salad dressing and coriander. Simple and delicious

Ingredients
- 400 g Beef Slices
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 40 g Onion slices
- 40 g Bell pepper slices
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pcs Baguette
- 2 tbsp Japanese sesame salad dressing
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pcs corinader (Optional)
Sauce mixture
- 6 g Benito powder
- 50 ml Mirin
- 50 ml Sake
- 50 ml Japanese soy sauce
- 150 ml water
- 15 g sugar
Instructions
- Mirin, sake, soy sauce and sugar all mix well
- Pan fry onion, bell pepper slices and garlic over medium high heat.
- Once onion is soft, add in butter and sauce mixture from step 1
- Add in the beef and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes
- Toast the baguette. Top with beef mixture, coriander, salad dressing and mayonnaise. Enjoy
