Instructions
Mirin, sake, soy sauce and sugar all mix well
Pan fry onion, bell pepper slices and garlic over medium high heat.
Once onion is soft, add in butter and sauce mixture from step 1
Add in the beef and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes
Toast the baguette. Top with beef mixture, coriander, salad dressing and mayonnaise. Enjoy
