Braised Rice Noodles with Pork and Pickled Vegetables

Braised Rice Noodles with Pork and Pickled Vegetables

I often order this dish when I am at dim sum resto. It is actually very easy to make this at home. Cook the vermicelli until soft. Then cover and let it sit for 10 minutes. Add the cooked vermicelli. Braise it with the sauce cooked with the pickled vegetables and pork. That's it. A simple and delicious classic dish is made. It's convenient and quick, and it takes only 15 minutes to cook. It's super delicious!
