Crispy outside, juicy and tender chicken fillet. Serve it with my special peach sauce. It is simple and delicious. It is excellent for hot summer. Everyone will love it

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 300 g canned peach (cut into pieces /fig1)
- 40 g onion (peeled & cut into pieces)
- 50 g all-purpose flour (or cornstarch / fig2)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (fig3)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chicken powder ((非必要))
- 1 tsp paprika ((非必要)fig4)
- 1 pcs egg
- 2 tsp oil
Sauce mixture
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp orange jam
- 1.5 tbsp tamarind paste (fig5)
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce (fig3)
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (fig6)
- 180 ml canned peach liquid (no sugar added /fig1)
Starch mixture
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Marinade the chicken with seasoning for at least 1 hour
- Coat both side of chicken with flour. Add 4 tbsp of oil into the pan. Heat it up with medium high heat
- Pan fried the chicken each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cook through. Dish up and put it aside
- Heat the pan over medium high heat. Add in 1stp of oil. Add in the onion. Stir fry until the onion is soft (about 2 mins)
- Add in the sauce mixture and bring it to boil. Thicken the sauce with starch mixture. Add in the peach and mix it well
- Put the fried chicken in a dish. Top with sauce mixture and peach. Enjoy
