Simple and easy cake pop by combining the Oreo cookie and cream cheese. It is a fun to make during the easter holiday

Equipment
- 14 Cake pop stikcs
- 1 foam stand
Ingredients
- 300 g Oreo cookies
- 115 g cream cheese (soften)
- 200 g white chocolate
- 5 tbsp sprinkle candies
Instructions
- Blend the Oreo cookie into crumbs
- Add in cream cheese and mix it well
- Divide the mixture into 14 balls. Freeze it for 15 mins
- Melted 20g of white chocolate. Dip a bit on the end of the cake pop stick. And insert it into the frozen mixture. Freeze the cake pop for at least 3 hours
- Melt the rest of white chocolate
- Dip each cake pop into the white chocolate
- Drip exceed chocolate. Decorate it with sprinkle before the chocolate is firmed
- Let the cake pop in the foam stand and let it dry.
- Put the cake pop in the fridge and wait for 1 hours. Bring it back to room temperature before serve.
Notes
Tips and notes
1- Cream cheese needs to be soften
2 The chocolate mixture need to be very firm before poke in the sticks
3 Divide the mixture into different batch. Work one batch at a time.
4 The mixture need to be freezing before coating with chocolate
5 Decorate the cake pop before the chocolate is set and firm
