Ingredients
- 400 g Udon noodle
- 150 g cooked meats (any different kind)
- 30 g diced onion
- 30 g diced carrots
- 30 g shredded cheese (any kind of cheese)
- 50 g Japanese curry
- 150 ml warm water
Instructions
- Melt the Japanese curry into the warm water
- Heat the pan with medium heat. Add in the carrot and onion. Stir-fry until the onion is soft. Add in the curry mixture and cooked meat. Stir until the sauce is thickened
- Cook the udon as per packing instruction. Drain it well and put it in a bowl. Add in the cheese. Add in the curry sauce mixture and mix it well. Enjoy
