Ingredients
- 350 g minced pork
- 300 g sweet potato (shredded)
- 300 g Shrimp (shell removed, diced)
- 3 tbsp diced coriander
- 40 g onion (peeled and diced)
- 1 pcs egg
- 150 g shredded cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs (or 2 tbsp cornstarch)
- 2 tsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp shacha sauce
Garnish
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seed
Instructions
- Combine the pork and seasoning until the meat is sticky. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix it well.
- Divide the mixture into 16 meatballs. Air fry 190°C/375°F for 8 mins. Flip it, air fry again 200°C/400°F for 6 mins
- Brush the honey on the meatballs. Garnish it with the sesame seeds. Enjoy
Other cooking method
- Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 4-6 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is enough to cover half of the ingredients
- For oven bake: Baked at 220°C/425°F for 30-40 minutes. Flip once.
