- 5 g sugar
- 50 g milk
- 50 g egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (fig2)
- 1 tbsp butter (fig3 salty or non salty both are fine)
- 10 pcs seasonal fruits (or ham, egg, cheese, salad for salty version)
- 1 tbsp syrup (Optional)
Instructions
- Put the 6-inch long baking pan into the oven. Preheat the oven at 220C/425F
- Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and sugar well. Add in the flour and mix until smooth. Sieve once
- Take out the preheated baking pan. Coat it with butter. Add in the pancake mixture
- Put it in the oven and bake at 220°C/425°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
- Lower the oven temperature to 170°C/340°F and bake extra 4-8 minutes
