Stuffed tofu is my signature dish. Using with tofu puff together to enrich the flavor. And serve with double miso sauce, it is so delicious

Ingredients
 

  • 450 g minced pork
  • 12 pcs tofu puff (cut in half)
  • 3 tbsp water chestnuts
  • 3 tbsp corn kernel

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp Japanese soy sauce
  • 2 tsp mirin
  • 2 tsp red miso
  • 2 tsp white miso
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1 tsp Benito powder

Sauce mixture

Group A

  • 150 ml water

Group B

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp red miso
  • 1 tsp white miso
  • 3 tsp water

Starch mixture

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • 將豬肉按壓至it is sticky產生黏性,加入醃料,馬蹄粒及粟米粒拌勻
  • Stuff the pork into the tofu puff
  • Heat the pan over medium heat. Add in 2 tsp oil. Add in the pork and pan-fry it until the pork is golden. Flip over, add in group A sauce mixture. Turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for 15 mins
  • Dish up the tofu puff first. Add in Group B sauce mixture into the pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium and bring the sauce to boiling
  • Add in starch mixture until the sauce is thickened. Pour the sauce over the tofu puff. Garnish it with sesame seeds.
