Stuffed tofu is my signature dish. Using with tofu puff together to enrich the flavor. And serve with double miso sauce, it is so delicious

Ingredients
- 450 g minced pork
- 12 pcs tofu puff (cut in half)
- 3 tbsp water chestnuts
- 3 tbsp corn kernel
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tsp Japanese soy sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp red miso
- 2 tsp white miso
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 tsp Benito powder
Sauce mixture
Group A
- 150 ml water
Group B
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp red miso
- 1 tsp white miso
- 3 tsp water
Starch mixture
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- 將豬肉按壓至it is sticky產生黏性,加入醃料,馬蹄粒及粟米粒拌勻
- Stuff the pork into the tofu puff
- Heat the pan over medium heat. Add in 2 tsp oil. Add in the pork and pan-fry it until the pork is golden. Flip over, add in group A sauce mixture. Turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for 15 mins
- Dish up the tofu puff first. Add in Group B sauce mixture into the pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium and bring the sauce to boiling
- Add in starch mixture until the sauce is thickened. Pour the sauce over the tofu puff. Garnish it with sesame seeds.
