Ingredients
 

  • 750 g boneless pork chop (about 1 cm thickness)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (fig4 or use all purpose flour)

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp diced green onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp minced lemongrass (2 stalks, minced)
  • 1 tbsp diced red shallots
  • 1 tsp Diced hot pepper
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce (fig1)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (fig2)
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (fig3)
  • 2 tsp water
  • 0.5 tsp white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Tenderize the pork chops. Marinade it with seasoning for at least 1 hour
  • Coat the pork chop with flour or cornstarch
  • Pan fry the pork chop over medium high heat until 80% done. Dish it up and let it rest for 2 mins. Enjoy.
