Ingredients
- 750 g boneless pork chop (about 1 cm thickness)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (fig4 or use all purpose flour)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp diced green onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp minced lemongrass (2 stalks, minced)
- 1 tbsp diced red shallots
- 1 tsp Diced hot pepper
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (fig1)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (fig2)
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (fig3)
- 2 tsp water
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Tenderize the pork chops. Marinade it with seasoning for at least 1 hour
- Coat the pork chop with flour or cornstarch
- Pan fry the pork chop over medium high heat until 80% done. Dish it up and let it rest for 2 mins. Enjoy.
