Super rich shrimp flavor because this recipe is using the home made shrimps broth. The cellophane noodle absorb all the flavor. It is simply delicious.

Ingredients
 

  • 14 pcs large shrimps (450g)
  • 150 g glass noodles (fig soaked)
  • 300 ml chicken broth (fig2)

Group A

  • 2 pcs slices of ginger
  • 4 pcs garlic
  • 1 pcs shallot
  • 2 pcs green onion (sectioned)

Group B

  • 2 tsp fish sauce (fig3)
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce (fig4)

Seasoning

  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (fig5)
  • 0.5 tsp white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take off the shells of the shrimps. Put the shells aside. Seasoning the shrimp with seasoning for 15 mins
  • In a pot, pan fry the Group A ingredient. Add in chicken broth. Cook in low heat for 30 mins
  • Drain the soup through sieve. Discard all the rest. Add in Group B Ingredients, noodle. Cook 10 mins without heat
  • Pan fry the shrimps until 80% cooked. Add into the noodle and cook for 5 mins
