Ingredients
- 14 pcs large shrimps (450g)
- 150 g glass noodles (fig soaked)
- 300 ml chicken broth (fig2)
Group A
- 2 pcs slices of ginger
- 4 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs shallot
- 2 pcs green onion (sectioned)
Group B
- 2 tsp fish sauce (fig3)
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce (fig4)
Seasoning
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder (fig5)
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Take off the shells of the shrimps. Put the shells aside. Seasoning the shrimp with seasoning for 15 mins
- In a pot, pan fry the Group A ingredient. Add in chicken broth. Cook in low heat for 30 mins
- Drain the soup through sieve. Discard all the rest. Add in Group B Ingredients, noodle. Cook 10 mins without heat
- Pan fry the shrimps until 80% cooked. Add into the noodle and cook for 5 mins
