Instructions
Soak the ribs in salty water for 30 mins. Rinse and pat dry completely. Marinade with seasoning for_
30 minutes
or more
Coat the ribs With some cornstarch or flour. Add 2 tsp of oil in the frying pan. Heat it over medium high heat
Pan fry the ribs until golden on both side. Add in Coke and Group A sauce mixture. Bring the sauce to boil
Turn the heat to low. Cover the pan with a lid. Simmer for_
20-30 minutes
Turn to high heat to reduce the sauce until thickened. Add in Group B sauce mixture and mix well. Do a taste test. Dish it up and enjoy
