Crust mixture

Instructions
Clean and dry well the shrimps. Mince the shrimps until the shrimps become a paste. Finely mince the chicken as well.
Mix the shrimps and chicken together. Add in the rest of ingredients. Mix all together. Divide them into even small patties (about 14-18)
Put the crust mixture into a dish and mix well. Coat each patty with the crust mixture. Freeze them for 10 min until firm.
Put the patties into air fry. Air fry it with 190°C/375°F for 8 mins
Turn the patties over. Air fry 200°C/400°F for 6 mins
Other cooking method
Oven bake it with 220°C/425°F for 15-18 mins
Pan fry it with 1 cup of oil. Pan-fry each side for 3-5 mins
Tips and notes
Suggest to serve it with Sweet and sour chili sauce
